The writers might push the concept of "muh adults," but it is absolutely moral and just to use whatever you can to stop the manipulative, the end justify all means, man that is Inagi. And if there is anyone that would feel like he/she/they have to do it in this story, it is Unit 8. Especially if they end up portraying Inagi as someone who has big enough control over the government somehow, then trying to take him down through bureaucracy, when he is the bureaucracy, is also idiotic.
