No, and to be dead honest, I'd only recommend playing the game if you got it really cheap or free. It does however hold the position of being the only game that managed to hit me in the feels in the last 5+ years withDezel's death scene.

The manual is worthless, nothing useful is explained (like how artes are even learned in the first place), the player party AI is abysmal, the stamina system in battle and out of it, having to get into an encounter every 30-60 seconds if you want to go fast, and the fact that for me by the endgame I was using gear I got not even halfway through simply because it allowed me to bypass enemy elemental resistances.
