Their differences in personality come from Illya being ignorant of her family's history and the world of magic because her memories and the magical knowledge the Einzberns programmed in her were sealed by Irisveil when she was a baby.
Kuro probably wasn't aware or alive until she split off, or at least until Illya first broke the seal when she fought Saber Alter, but she definitely has all of the same memories and experiences as Illya did at the time they were separated, in addition to the knowledge and memories that were hidden from Illya.
She's understandably upset that, from her point of view, Illya "stole her life" and she's only been given this new life as a result of the Grail granting Illya's subconscious wish to live a "normal life," which is to say one without all of the history and secrets she represents.
It's not exactly true to say Kuro is Illya's "split personality," Illya didn't have or was made to forget the life experiences that make them different.

Anyway, Kuro isn't linked to Illya like you're implying. She is something like a Servant, but Illya is definitely not her Master, and doesn't automatically give her anything.
That's the whole justification for the lewd prana transfers in the first place. Kuro mouth-rapes Miyu when they meet because she knows she's going to die if she doesn't.
It's pretty much the same situation Shirou and Saber had in Fate/Stay Night.

This season will cover basically the entire "plot" of 3rei that we know so far.
After that there's a flashback arc that explains in detail the backstory of Miyu and her brother. It's pretty long but not long enough for a season on its own, and the tone is completely different from the rest of the series. It would make a great movie or OVA series though.

Basically we've caught up with the manga and there's really no opportunity for them to do something like another season of slice-of-life bullshit like Herz, considering they're still trapped in a post-apocalyptic world for the foreseeable future. They could do OVAs but it'll be a long time before we could get regular content again.

The good news is that if Hiroyama wanted to actually end the series 3rei's "finale" would have been the time to do it, and he probably wouldn't have spent a year on fleshing out Miyu's brother. I think it's safe to say the series will keep going for a while.

I think they already animated all of them. Weren't the last few Herz BD specials about the pink hair training to fight against the old hags? All we have left are the old hag extra chapters, I believe. The fact that she can use projection at all means she has access to EMIYA's Unlimited Blade Works. But like the other anon said, just like in Heaven's Feel, borrowing it doesn't mean she can actually invoke it.
She definitely cannot use EMIYA's Unlimited Blade Works specifically.
She really shouldn't be able to develop her own version either. A Reality Marble is shaped entirely by the individual who creates it, and Kuro is definitely not Shirou.
That said, more importantly it would be really cool if she could and Kuro's existence is weird enough that it's entirely possible for them to bullshit it anyway. Look forward to Miyu's brother training her.
