It's easier to say that Yggdrasil entities are more like sentient constructs where as New World denizens and originals are sapient creatures.

I shamelessly incorporated it in my the only true theory.
With no Player or NPC around NWers are oblivious to their powerlevel until they use some divination or other appraising methods to determine it.
Even then it's vague and is measured on the natural "Challenge Level" scale.
Since NW is infused with Ygg data - any Ygg entity is probably seeing equivalent of levels when appraising NWer.
If "levels" would be their specific internal property - Tina would not be able to have Ninja class that have Ygg 60lvl prerequisites.
Meaning NWers can obtain classes while disregarding original game requirements.
That means that either they have no levels at all or their "levels" are fundamentally different from Ygg ones and does not affect "game system" overlaying NW.
The latter is the same as no levels at all.

NW's don't have levels, it's simply not a part of them, or the world. However Yggdrasil divination can be used to determine they relative power by comparing them to equivalent attributes from Yggdrasil. For example a fresh human recruit for city guard would be comparable to a human character with level 1 in Guard or Rookie, or something else closer, while not really just that.
Basically the organic thing from last threads all over again.

Shalltear has class active specific special abilities so I'm sure the others have them to, but it wasn't specifically super-tier magic because she's not a pure spellcaster, but I'm sure classes with strict requirements have stronger special abilities than classes that are easy to access.

That being said we don't know of any character having such a class other than the Eclipse levels Ainz has.

You can probably think of Super-Tier magic as special abilities you can get for sticking to being a pure spellcaster until the very end.

I think another important point is reality vs games. I think it took quite a bit to hit 100 in the game, given that they managed to hold their ground with only 41 people and several characters seem to have very unique builds or even classes. Since the game was open for 12 years there was a lot of time to gain experience, and obviously you have no reason to fear for your life when playing a game. A game character doesn't have downtime. At most you replenish your MP and then it's back to battle. Against enemies, and with tactics, that if it were reality are just inconceivably risky. For some extreme autist playing 10 hours a day that's over 40k hours of straight up suicidal bullshit. For the members of AoG, some might have played around 4 hours since they have a job, but it still amounts to 17500 hours. If you ever played vanilla WoW then you know how much you killed to get to 60, and there were people who did that in <60 hours. Even with a month /played you're still "only" at 720 hours.

If we say a person has 30 years of opportunity between 15-45 before physical degeneration starts to get out of hand, that means they'd still have to spend 1.6 hours a day every day to accumulate the same level of experience. 4 hours to compete with the autist. Even 1.6 hours a day is a lot just for heavy physical exercise, never mind risking your life doing all the crazy horseshit people pull in games like AoE grinding or fighting bosses and shit. There's also little reason to fear injury in a game, where it's at worst a stat penalty, while in reality you'd be out of commission for months with just a broken limb. I know there's magic but the health potions in the NW are shitty and expensive, so I can't imagine you'd have easy access to a competent healer.
