The bleach anime and movies make OP and Naruto's anime and movies look awful. Kubo REALLY should have given up the manga a while ago and just threw in with the anime guys.
Design characters, give them personalities, and consult while real writers and the anime people flesh his stuff out. Bleach would still be highly influentual right now if he went with this.
