Long story short, Kurona and Kanou haven’t met in a long time. Kuro shows him Shiro on her belly and asks him to save her. Kanou says he’s not some Frankenstein Doctor and can’t bring back ‘the dead’.

Shiro speaks and Kuro comments that she’s still talking. Kanou calls Shiro a fart and Kuro’s just dreaming about it.

Kuro then now aims to kill Kanou but Kanou brings out his own Qs Squad (composed of previous investigators).

We also have it confirmed that Arima had a discussion with Eto alone after the fight, and that Eto and Tatara considered him the OEK.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Arima basically turned Eto into his subordinate immediately after their initial encounter.

I don't think Kaneki will call it Aogiri anyway, he'll pick up the name and perhaps the dregs of Aogiri's infrastructure. But if his goal is for ghouls to have some modicum of peace with human society the name of that blood thirsty organization has to go. None of these matters had anythingt to do with Eto who was not even slightly interested in Kaneki at the time. And she is not the one who tortured Seido speedreader, that was fucking Tatara but mostly Kanou.

That Arima wanted to overthrow V was blatantly obvious. He told Eto as much in their encounter. The short life spans must have been known to Ukina and Kanou, so him needing a successor was likely. Hell, Tatara might have simply speculated that Arima wanted something from Kaneki, as him sparing ghouls is rare.

The last one is harder to explain, but this is Eto "I'm an author lol" Yoshimura that knew about Karen for no reason, so I find that easier to swallow than Arima, who lamented never having agency, outright leading Aogiri. And besides, I'm sure V and the garden were elaborated on extensively in the diary. And Kanou must have known.
