I would like to know what do you think it means to "accomplish" something. The studio did a great job, perfectly fit the material at hand into 8 minutes of animation with a good pacing, even used the OP space to put the legend that comes in every chapter, the fact that there were no mistakes or QUALITY in it shows how much effort and dedication the studio put in the anime. You can keep complaining about the show "not being funny" but that's your opinion.
