Part 1 was a masterpiece. Chunin Exam and Rescuing Sasuke were GOAT arcs. Also Naruto has so many interesting supporting characters and all of them were given good amount of screentime and background stories.

Shippuden was too much about Sasuke, All the Konoha 11 other than Naruto and Sakura were shoved aside. Naruto and Sakura's constant dick sucking of Sasuke was the most annoying part.

There's been all sort of styles throughout the show always, ranging from bad to good. HIroyuki Yamashita got promoted to episode director on episode 322 so maybe you noticed his work. There have been various other well-made episodes before his though. Masaharu Watanabe, who is directing Re:Zero now, used to be a really good in-house episode director on Naruto. Because Naruto lost its tone and tried to be something it wasn't.
Throughout the series it always praised the concept of being secretive, using weapons, and using strategy. But as it went on and especially post timeskip it became clear that it started wanting to use really flashy, loud, attacks to fit in with the rest of the shounen.

That and the fact that everything revolves around Sasuke, Minor characters aren't allowed to improve in any significant way, the fact that he over explained and straight up ruins the nuance about many of the things that made Naruto cool, including how jutsu work, Where Kekkei Genkai come from and even the overall history of the Naruto world. Everything goes from interesting and unique to the same cookie cutter shit we've seen 1,000 times. But what makes it worse is how insincere it feels.When I read it I can't help but think "This is probably the editor's idea" or "Kishimoto is just trying to pander to fans". I just don't feel like he really put much thought into it after the timeskip. He just strung together stuff people would think are cool.

And there is also the fact that all the secondary characters get neglected.
I enjoyed reading Naruto for the fights and the train wreck of a plot but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

In the case of Bleach it's simply because the source material just got that bad(to the point where filler arcs were literally better than canon).

But I would argue it had by far the best adaption. Bleach was stylish as fuck and well-paced. When it ended and the BBleach staff was moved onto the Naruto production, you could see the improvement there immediately.

Sasuke is NOT Dio Brando. Dio Brando hid in the shadows because the audience didn't know what his body/head conglomerate looked like and didn't know what his Stand looked like.

Pain Arc sucked because:
>Pain's entire character is pointless since everything about him is retconned
>all characters who died become revived again
>Hinata gets disrespected with only a page worth of fight sequence (which is less than Mr. Satan had with his fight with Cell)
>Entire B plot of Sasuke and Taka trying to kidnap Killer Bee just keeps establishing how Sasuke should not have been forgiven

The one thing I hated about this show was the fucking filler. I loved this show when I was a kid. When I picked it up after highschool, though;everything changed. I was binge watching a dozen episodes a night instead of watching it every Saturday on toonami. What rustled my jimmies was that in twelve episodes, little seemed to happen. Several episodes were entirely dedicated to flashbacks of shit I'd previously seen, or just didn't advance the plot.

Take for example the part of shiippuden where everyone draws a chalk circle around themselves to weed out the fake clones. Fucking seven episodes later, and nothing changes. They're still just standing in the middle of a goddamn circle, and haven't found a way to solve their problem

TLDR: too much filler, recaps, and episodes for it to be worth watching g from the beginning. Also, too many characters and shit happening to understand what's going on if you start from the middle
