Question mark is the common name, but the technical name is interrogative mark in standard british english. Similarly, "bang" was once the common name for the exclamation mark, but that term fell out of favour at some point and is now considered archaic

The folder was obviously named by an ESL, else it would be "anime girls with bearing confused countenances also featuring question marks beside their heads" or something along those lines. The original is awkwardly phrased.
