Almost all series are timed to end alongside a new round of serializations. On average Jump does new rounds 8-11 weeks after the previous one ends. Given that Red Sprite started this week, that means every manga in Jump has about 2-3 months as a grace period where they can try to rebound.

So Takuan and Samon and Sesuji have time to recover. In fact, Toriko will probably end by then, so that already will save one of them. Although Takuan has nearly no chance.

Also on average, Jump has been doing less new series per round for the past year, the last couple of weeks was the first time they introduced more than two series in over a year. So maybe Toriko and Takuan will be the only dropouts.

Toriko is in the ongoing process of cancellation since last year and will reach its rushed conclusion very soon. Takuan is practically dead already. Love Rush and Red Sprite both look like future cushions.

I think Samon and Sesuji can live for another twenty weeks and we'll see if they can claw their way up in that timeframe.

Forward developments in this week's Yakusoku Neverland:

Emma and Norman find rope and cloth in the barn, they take it out and hide it in the goods. They finally come clean to Rei but he already suspected it. Rei actually tells Emma what everyone in these threads has been thinking: saving all 37 kids is impossible, Norman should know this and he probably is only planning on making a escape for the 3 of them. Rei also tells Emma that the outside world is likely overrun by demons and it will be impossible to survive with all the 6 year old kids with trackers on them. Emma tells Rei that she isn't just planning to escape from the orphanage, she wants to change the world. Norman and Rei confront each other alone, they both confess that they like Emma. Rei tells Norman that he should cut the saving everyone crap unless he wants Emma to die. Norman says that he wants to save Emma but he also wants to make Emma smile. Norman is planning to sacrifice himself if necessary. Rei tells Norman that the books they have in the house are useless and outdated and the most important thing is to determine the status of the outside world and the reality of the monster society.

Gintama has never been a consistent high ranker. It would have never lasted this long, then. The difference is that Gintama is a comedy which Jump wants to cover as a genre, and comedies aren't always expected to rank high.

Anti-Quirk sentiment is only likely to exist within small pockets of communities and isnt likely to make news headlines unless they carry out a huge attack.

Younger generation is also more likely to have quirks so anti-quirk users would be a dying breed and not much for a good storyline in mha

That wasn't the (main) problem, it was that he kept trying to shove in ideas from Goblin Night that didn't fit the tone of the series at all. The bunny from GN got a throwaway explanation when it was canceled, but he really should have either justified her being there earlier or just left her out.

But as already said, unlike Xmen, quirk bearers make up 80% of the population, so backlash won't be so hard against a group when they are the majority.

But 20% is still a large number, so I could see there being an anti quirk movement, though so far it doesn't seem like quirkless people like live in their own communities. Its more like a handicap than a lifestyle.

Can't forget that it's 20% percent world wide across all ages. The percentage for 15-50 year olds in japan is probably closer since quirks orginated in Asia and are hereditary.
