Back when I was in school I programmed my VHS recorder to record the daily Detective Conan episode every day, since it aired at 14:00 or something and I usually wasn't home before 16:00. I probably still have that VHS with the detective conan episodes on it somewhere.
That was in 2006 or so, before I knew about subs and downloading of episodes.

I no longer have a working VCR. I dont know if I have any VHS tapes anymore, but it was all just shit taped off toonami when I was a kid. Endless waltz and probably some episodes of pokemon or something. (Yes, pokemon wasn't on toonami, I know)
