There was stuff in the early 90s, with over a hundred episodes and movies, which no one remembers.
Don't ask me for a name, I once discussed with an anon here about that topic and looked some up, but I utterly forgot them all.
In that matter, Oh My Goddess was big back then, there was also Love Hina and so on. It's not exactly forgotten, but pretty much on it's way there, as barely any new animufag will bother with them, not with so much newer options.
