Wouldn't he be controlled forever unless someone uses another WCI or kills him? Albedo would also need to somehow remove his own WCI. As much as Ainz regrets changing her settings, I doubt he would go as far as let his life be controlled. While he would accept being raped by Albedo in volume 8 if she had said that he altered her settings, he still was scared as fuck because it was like she was eating him.
I think the NPCs would notice that Ainz was brainwashed unless Albedo is able to make him act perfectly like his usual self, but we don't know how the WCI would affect a player.
