Done with chapter 2. I'll try and do more soon, and if it ends up getting serialized (it should, since Japan loved the oneshot, but not for several months at least) then I'll redo these with the actual releases and actually redraw them then.

Well, his previous series was just random gags with no recurring characters as far as I know of. I doubt he'll focus on characters that much for this because it fits what he wants to parody more if they're just nameless members of the harem.

Its only saving grace is if they give it some sort of arc to work it towards, and if they shorten that LN-tier name. Something like "My Life is Hell" or something. It's a little whiny, but so is the original title.

I don't think gag manga really need arcs. It's a simple premise, the author just needs to get as many jokes as he can out of it without repeating himself too much. The ikemen guy hasn't even shown up in the next few chapters so it's obviously not bothering with any recurring cast yet other than maybe his sisters.
