If in the alternative universe, Frieza killed the Z-Heroes and subjugated/wiped off Earth and sold it, wouldn't that simply mean the scenario would never happen?

Yeah the cell from the future who fought Gohan wouldn't be there, but the present time cell who Krillin and Trunks destroyed would be and would later absorb the androids. The only problem is this might not happen in time for the tournament

If the Z fighters died Frieza would have no reason to go to earth, hence Cell wouldn't have Frieza's cells so he wouldn't be as strong. Let alone perfect.

He may still go to earth in this alternate scenario just to destroy it out of spite for the trouble the z-fighters caused him, if Dr Gero had any of any of the androids ready at this point it is possible he could defeat Frieza and use his cells. Alternatively we would just have a weaker cell like you said, he would still be able to go perfect because he could still possibly absorb the other androids, he would just still be weaker than the Perfect Cell that fought Gohan.

Frieza would just destroy the planet outright, like he did with planet Vegeta. The only reason he landed was to goad Goku out. If Goku was already dead, he'd just blow it the fuck up and leave. This is ignoring the Androids can't sense Ki so it's not like they'd be showing up to stop Frieza at all.
