I thought she was an annoying and unnecessary character in Nisemonogatari, but her meeting and subsequent discussion with Araragi in 2nd Season episode 7 about the boundaries between humanity and death and inhumanity is one of my favorite scenes from that season. Since then I have liked her more.

I don't hate her, but she's a weak character compared to the rest of the cast.

As a whole not a bad character, I fucking hate it whenever she says "yeah" though. It's like an assault on my ears.
