The OVA made some big changes to what was adapted in episode 3. The rules of her game is that Rikuro will be given a small quiz containing questions that only someone who is close to Annerose would know the answers to. If he answers all of the questions correctly he will be given the information needed to proceed onward with the story and they will both be allowed to leave unscathed, and a captured Mayfeng will be the subject of the punishment game in Annerose's stead. If he fails to answer just one question correctly Annerose will be to a punishment of Aishwarya's choice. Annerose reassures Rikuro that she is certain he will answers her questions correctly and no harm will come to her. When Rikuro accepts Aishwarya's terms Annerose is quickly held down and hooked up to the same contraption Mayfeng was forced into.

Without going into too much detail, here's what happens if Rikuro fails the quiz. Aishwarya decides that her punishment for Annerose will be to have her raped by all the men in the audience. Rikuro doesn't agree with this kind of punishment and tries to put a stop to it but is quickly 'killed' by Aishwarya and has his slowly reviving body locked in the waiting room. Annerose is then raped by these men while Rikuro is forced to listen to her cries for help and her attempts of resisting while stuck inside the locked room. She eventually has a complete mental breakdown after about 99 men (I'm not exagurating with that number) and starts enjoying. This entire scenario leads to a bad end where Annerose is left completely broken down and left as a public sex slave by Aishwarya.

The first two episodes were perfect adaptations of the game but it started changing a lot starting from episode 3. This game operates on a flag system like almost every other VN does. The player is given options throughout the story and what he selects triggers a specific flag which can result in many things, such as a bad ending later or a slight variation to a scene. I'm going to try to be as simple as possible with these explanations and just tell you what can happen with very simple descriptions.

Episode 2's Gangrape Scene: The gangerape scene with Annerose in episode 2 can have three outcomes.

No Rape: If you trigger the right flag Rikuro can swoop in and save Annerose right before the rape starts.

The Continuation: If you trigger some bad flags it'll play out exactly like in the OVA. Annerose will end up losing her virginity to Mayfeng's lackeys and Rikuro will end up arriving too late and save her after she used up like in episode 2. NOTE: The canonization of this result is still in question because you can still get the good ending after this (which is the canon ending) and nothing really changes aside from the fact that Annerose lost her first time to some random guys.

The First Bad End: If you trigger all the bad flags Annerose won't be saved after this gangrape scene is over and the game will tell you that she was never scene from again. She could have been killed off by mayfeng right after or taken in as her sex slave and possibly subjected to the same kind of treatment she got in the orc ending after this. This is a bad ending.

The game paints her as this mischievous, yet experienced beauty who falls in love win the main character but she's far more than that. She does end up 'falling' for the MC in the game like the OVA showed but it's the same "You're dick is the best" cop-out crap. She wasn't a virgin for a reason, and no, I'm not saying that because of some purefag ideology. She really was a slut who did it with just about anyone canonically. I find it strange how nobody ever ever connected the dots with her odd side job as a fortune teller who's fortune telling telling powers required her to drink the semen of the customer who she needed to use it on. This means that she had been blowing countless random guys who wanted their fortune told or just anyone who wanted to take advantage of it and get their rocks off before she even met the MC. There's even a in-between side story in Kagami's artbook (the artist of the series) that's supposed to take place after Mayfeng's gangrape scene ends and before the MC has sex with Aishwarya. It's similar to episode 3 in the OVA where Aishwarya takes Mayfeng to a private room to continue her punishment except it plays out differently. In this scene Aishwarya joins in. Even if it isn't canon it still provides confirmation to what kind of person her character is and the kinds of things she'd do to the VN players who had already guessed as much.
