Characters in Mob develop in more of an emotional and psychological level, while OPM is mostly about powerlevels.

It'll probably happen but how it happens will determine the ending of the arc and what will happen to Dimple.

Reigen does see Dimple as a friend so I can imagine him trying to appeal to that to stop things so that Mob and Dimple don't have to fight.

If Dimple is ultimately gonna go back to being good he'll either injure Reigen by accident or do it on purpose but feel absolutely horrible about it and have a battle with Mob who's determined to convince him to stop instead of just killing him.

If Dimple has gone full villain and there's no helping him he'll probably injure Reigen without remorse causing Mob to completely lose it and decide he's beyond saving.

She never ride on the dick of dudes with special powers which is good because the theme of the series is there is no special people.
She made Mob realize that having psychic powers doesn't make you special and prevented Mob going Teru's route

She was happy for Mob when a girl fall for him.

Me too. The 'monster of the week' chapters were actually some of my favorites. Don't get me wrong, the story arcs were great (except Claw Boss), but the standalone chapters felt more comfy.

I really hope they animate this chapter, I think it's really delves in to both reigen's and mob's psyche more than any other chapter including mogami arc. Personally, I think it's best chapter in the manga so far
