You're at the point where the series is at its best, Nina being the bestest of girls and kicking butt. Eventually the show starts to drag on and ends with something that betrays everything the show lead up to. Could've been 50 episodes easily. Hell, could've ended in 25 even. Instead we got 74.

I though it was very good, but the whole part in Munich with Schuwald took up way way to much time for it to just end with “go to Prague“

Just finished it today, felt like there was a lot of fucking around in the middle episodes, like 35-60, but there was a lot to establish so you can kinda forgive them. Still feels like they could have comfortably fit it into more like 60 episodes though. Enjoyment was probably an 8, but objectively it's probably more like a 9 just because of what it managed to pull off overall.

I've been really hyped for it as i heard how amazing/deep/magnificent it is. Interesting at the beginning suffers from terribly slow pacing, meh plot ("perfect murded" wtf, "she ran through vent while pregnant" just gtfo), best character gets little to no screentime (that detective) and if i hear "Docta Tenma!" once again ill rip my interior ear out. Absolute trope shit that somehow made it on every recommendation list there is. The scenery is so onesided and awfull I only watched 20 smth episodes then dropped it. If you have to swim throuhg a swamp of shit to get to the good part it's trash

The manga was fucking great. The anime was too fucking long.

It drags on far too long, the plot waters down over time and the ending was disappointing IMO.

It is not Death Note or Code Geass, but the plot is a lot more realistic. The characters are good and realistic well, with the exception of one major character.

There's no way a Monster live adaptation wouldn't be shit anyways, they would completely fuck it up

Became extremely tedious after failing to live up to great promise and potential. Climax was amazing, rather some of its moments like Roberto vs Lunge, Grimmer moments, and the guy with the loli, but otherwise it was not worth the poorly paced build-up.

Also, Tenma was a complete disappointment in terms of his hardening growth arc. However, it was to show that his morality trumps any hardening the world could throw at him, even if only in a dubious way.

I loved Tenma, but was just a little disappointed with him for failing to act upon the gravity of things with the proper ruthlessness.

Also I just hated Eva to the core. Her redemption made me care about her slightly, but not much.
