I like the director a lot.
The only problem with Grimgar is that he didn't get a lot of choice with the music, they had to stick to promoting that one band with multiple insert songs.
They made it work but it could have been so much better if they had more freedom with the soundtrack.

Unfortunately, it really only was good during the first few episodes if only because I'm a massive D&D fag so watching filthy scrubs go through that 'babby's first campaign' feel was satisfying as fuck. As soon as the healslut died, it just went downhill but at least the girls were cute.

Literally only Ranta, who I fucking hated despite saying this, was the only compelling character in that show.
