Disregarding the dubstep, a whole lot of people enjoyed the series up to episode 14. But once the main villain gets introduced and starts becoming the general focus, it starts dragging and many people lost interest.

It's average. It's fine for what it was. It's like Akame ga kill, just a lot of shocking deaths and a fun ride, but the ending is garbage.

It's weird how I don't really feel like the manga was dated at all

and the anime is definitely going to give that feeling with dubstep blasting over everything.

I'm about 6 episodes in and enjoying it so far. Should I continue it if it goes downhill that bad?

Only things i can remember is the shitty dubstep and the god tier ED, ending of both adaption and source are pretty weak.
