No. It's not even the best mecha, let alone "greatest anime of all time". Also It fucking pains me when people say TTGL somehow did something "different" than mecha before it. It's literally the same shit as every super robot show only instead of having it's own shtick, it stole getter's shtick. It's closer to returning to the roots that Tomino originally deconstructed and hit gold with.
