I always assumed that he would go to Norway or Sweden and we would later see him in armies opposing Knut as he was conquering Norway and parts of Sweden but I'm not so sure now. Same with Úlfr and his ruse to claim the reign of Knut's kingdom. Yukimura stated multiple times that Vinland Saga is planned to be around 25 volumes long (over 5000 pages, so with current volumes having less pages, let that be 28 volumes). Last time he claimed this was in 2013, I think, on twitter. But now we're at the 18th volume and it doesn't seem like everything this particular history has to offer should fit into the span of remaining volumes. Hell, it seems like even Thorfinn's own story will barely fit with so much shit yet to happen. I wonder if Yukimura changed plans, or perhaps he plans to end the story with Thorfinn and his crew setting sail for Vinland. I don't know. But I like that despite knowing history I have to ponder how will Yukimura develop it.

Yukimura draws people and backgrounds on paper, then inks them and after that the page is scanned to computer and his assistants draw minor characters in, process tones and add effects (that awful blurring destroying the art in recent chapters). Only part is done digitally and generally the parts that are not in Yukimura's hands. He was often writing on twitter that he tried to go full digital but after few tries he never really got used to it so he still sticks to paper.

If you are pulling this out of your own arse judging from latest chapters then rest assured - it's just shit quality public raws on which retarded scanlators used crappy filters like Topaz.
