Serious question /a/, should I watch this shit?

I've seen it compared to KonoSuba a bunch, and seeing as how I enjoyed the dickish MC in that, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least somewhat intrigued. However, I'm very much put off by the fact that the threads are full of self-admitted /r9k/ crossposters and people who claim its a 10/10 masterpiece.

It's really funny because both of his potential waifus are dead.
And only a clown could love Ram.

It's a fucking clusterfuck and the show throws more shit at you that it can explain. But it's also entertaining as fuck and Remu is best girl in a long time.
To me it only got really good at episode 16 when I accepted the clusterfuck and that not all my questions is going to get answers by the end of the season.
There is a lot of little flaws in the story that you can overlook if you're not autistic enough. Also the animation is pretty good

He only ends up acting like a real asshole in the current arc where shit that matters actually happens and his adamant nature gets the worst of him.

First arc(?) sets up the premise of the story and throws in little bits and pieces about the lore, second arc(?) ends up building character development and waifu status with Rem and Subaru.

In those arcs, Subaru does his best to make everything right but does nothing as terrible as he does during the start of the third arc that could make you hate him.

Except maybe the cringy "Staying Alive" poses and how he always greets Emilia and worships her. That's pretty much the only part you'll hate about him until later.
