Macross Delta EP17 in 00h 04m 14s
Solo wing Mirage when?
<<Buddy...I've found a reason to fight>>
Ok, so he's getting dizzy now when she's singing. I'm thinking Hayate's getting overwhelmed by Freyja now, they're resonating stronger than ever before, and he's wearing a fold quartz when he probably doesn't even need one. So it's getting stronger than he can handle?
>Theres litterally zero of art for it on Pixiv
It's only unpopular on the west due to Jewmony Gold
>Theres litterally zero of art for it on Pixiv.
Most likely because all one has to do is color over the hair of any character from any other Macross series and you'll have accomplished the same thing. It's not as though Delta has actually introduced anyone or anything new, since we've seen this show over and over again. Only the titles change, nothing else ever has.
t. Carl Macek, the Invid Flower of Life
I had been calling that drama would begin between Hayate and Freyja
Hayate is feeling dizzy from Freyja's song. He made a comment about it being totally fine not go to see his mom for 2-3 years, which is almost incomprehensible for Freyja. Robert tells Hayate to not get anymore involved with Windermere, Hayate finding out that Wright apparently was the one who dropped the dimensional weapon. Arad did say he doesn't believe it, but that's a class 1 military secret. Arad also mentioned that Wright was a kind man who would often play with Windermerean children
He's the true human.
Love the Emperor
for He is the salvation of mankind
Obey His words
for He will lead you into the light of the future
Heed His wisdom
for He will protect you from evil
Whisper His prayers with devotion,
for they will save your soul
Honour His servants,
for they speak in His voice
Tremble before His majesty,
for we all walk in His immortal shadow
<<Those who live for a long time on the battlefield start to think they're invincible...I bet you do too, buddy>>
Well at least if you go 2ch's Mirage thread, their fans already concluded she still won't get any development up to episode 22, when they judging what Asami said.
Though i'm not saying what they think must be true, but seeing how this episode goes, i guess it's likely.
>mfw it happens
>ignoring the UNDERSTANDING
do you even macross?
I laughes at the way Freyja's rune just switched off and Hayate's face afterwards. They're building up HayaFre conflict but it looks like the type that will be resolved and bring them closer in the end. They're also sitting together next episode.
If Roid is wondering about their lifespan it might be lengthened. I didn't think Kawamori would go there but this wasn't brought up by the resident protoculture nerd for no reason.
Her windermerian instincts kick in. In order to survive they have to start reproducing early. It's in their genes. She's probably emitting pheromones like a horny bitch. No wonder Hayate has fallen for her.
Dive into the fireworks
It was pretty cute when Freyja was telling Hayate about the elderly Ragnan couple. She said that when she first saw them, she didn't realize they looked the way they did because they had aged that much, as noone on Windermere will age to that degree. She had thought they were from a special planet at first. It also tugged hard on my heart because the old couple took each other hands, which by contrast is not something Freyja would ever be able to do.
And then it went and drove a further stake in my heart when Hayate mentions offhandedly that "it's just fine" for him not bothering to go home to see his mom for 2-3 years. Ouch.
>If Roid is wondering about their lifespan it might be lengthened. I didn't think Kawamori would go there but this wasn't brought up by the resident protoculture nerd for no reason.
it's been a very popular speculation that towards the end the winderemer lifespan thing will be resolved. Looks like we're actually going there
>have been busy as fuck
>finally able to watch the Freyjas birthday episode
>And then it went and drove a further stake in my heart when Hayate mentions offhandedly that "it's just fine" for him not bothering to go home to see his mom for 2-3 years. Ouch.
I was in shock.
After read the full interview(someone scanned already), i won't say she's disappointed, but it really feels like Asami have nothing to say about Mirage because...you know, this episode is another example.
Some people were suspecting it after episode 11 due to this line.
Don't worry, guys. She will fix this disaster.
Bogue must remain pure.
Yeah, after all the episodes so far it's reasonable why even the seiyuu who has to voice her, doesn't have something to say. Because nothing really happens to Mirage so what can she say? I can imagining her being all awkward in the interviews, trying to find stuff to say and not get repetitive.
It's sad because I like Seto but we can't do something about it. I hope her next seiyuu works provide her with better roles.
Don't worry, she current have other 2 mecha show roles, and both of her character are pretty fun.
But what's up with Hayate's Freyja trip this ep? Is the sheer power of the Freyjabuff becoming too much for his fold receptors to take? Or is their emotional connection throwing a spanner in the works - before he fucked everything up Freyja was really sweet on him, so her feelings might be coming through extra strong in her songs and overwhelming him.
Give me a break man. I've been working just shy of 70 hours a week the last couple weeks and then a massive storm knocked a bunch of trees down and I had a pipe burst. I've been busy
I like Mika, though from episode 16 i can feel her fun time is going to end when Yukina is leaving with chopper, but still, mission accomplished for her character.
Also in other this season's show, she is OTP with a white hair loli voiced by Nao Toyama.
It's more like Gravure.
MakiMaki knows her body is lewd as fuck so she'll use it to inflitrate their networks thru' the greatest vulnerability every sentient race's electronics grid has: male boners.
>Freyja's parents died early and it's a treasure that Hayate is able to see his mom grow old
>lol it's fine if I don't see her for years at a time
Time to revoke that best boyfriend trophy. To be fair he did look like he realized his mistake a second later.
>Cassim is part of the resistance on Vordor they're going to meet
>Windies manage to kidnap HayaFrey somehow
>Cassim gets shot down and captured by Chaos
>This is the start of a Windy defection and his little outing was okayed by Herman and Keith
So is Windermere the most Mary Sue faction of all Macross?
>starts a civil war and overthrows their nearby NUNS forces in the process
>becomes isolationist and starts a galactic war where they initially win and take control of the entire galaxy
>wiped out entire fleets with 6 planes
>starts a bigger war against the entire universe
>now they won't even be punished since there is a resistance involved
>implying Ernest and Arad will work with Messer's killer
Understanding endings don't work that way and forced understandings where you just shove the friendship on the audience throats are the worst endings.
I can't believe I called both Hayate and Freyja learning about Hayate's dad and Bogue going dere in the previous thread >>144626923
Not that we didn't expect the first but I'm glad I got the second right.
>wiped out entire fleets with 6 planes
This is the most annoying thing. You could just delete the song of the wind from the show and it'd basically be the same. It's not like Keith couldn't solo literally everyone who's not immune to it anyway.
To be fair, all that shit is done by the leadership.
The commoners most probably know nothing beyond what the leadership tell them which is "We will liberate the galaxy from the evil NUNS' grasp!".
The people don't even know what the apples they farmed are used for.
>Frejyafags being skeptical calling Miragefags delusional about hayate being super dense.
>After episode 17, Frejyafags also began to rant about Hayate being super dense.
How ironic. Frejyafags, i can go on laughing about your ironic rants for days.
Why'd he even bother? We all know he could have killed the fleet on his own. The only time Keith can't win everything is when Hayate's around, and he's immune to var so the song makes no difference there.
They'll probably have to work in pairs to infiltrate windermere. Hayate/Freyja get stuck together. They talk about it and come to an understanding.
Freyja was pretty shook as was Hayate so we're in for some delicious drama but understanding nonetheless.
>Robert Kino can't keep his mouth shut. Tells Hayate that his father was on Windermere and runs off. Arad has to deal with the repercussions. Arad tells why he kept it secret and why Kino was angry at Wright Immelman. It was Wright Immelman that dropped the MDE. NUNS kept that classified.
>Hayate will find out the truth later. First he has a mission to fulfill. As the Aethermeets up with Larzabal's resistance group.
THE BIGGEST IDOLFAG
He never said he was on windermere. He just said that Hayate should not get involved with Windermere anymore, that he's young and shouldn't have to shoulder anything. Hayate is the one that puts two and two together and questions Arad about him and his father being on windermere.
I remember that retard throwing a tantrum and calling everyone a retard because there was no way Hayate's dad dropped the bomb, it was so obvious that he didn't!, and if he did there was no way Arad knew about it.
BTFO SO HARD
I wish I could see his face right now.
Maybe as a kid he liked Sheryl and Ranka or something. His shorter rune's placement is perfect for Seikan Hikou's kira pose.
Does that mean they are completely naked during concerts aside from rocket thruster panties and hologram bras?
>Too kind of a person
>plays with children
>ups and steals an illegal weapon
>annihilates his own side's forces with it, along with civilians
I mean, at this point is there anyone even doubting that he was one of the first VAR victims?
They wear undersuits. We just don't see them because holographics. But like look at the footage of Makina later. You can literally see the lines of the suits shimmering into existance in that shot.
Not him, and while I do agree with you that something will happen with her, I doubt it's gonna last much. I just have lost hope for anything Mirage related and I'm not even gonna mention the triangle because she needs a miracle or Sky ending for Hayate/Freyja to not happen as I don't see how she can make Hayate interest in her.
Her doing something during a battle is more likely for me but I don't wanna bet on anything at the moment. Future episodes will tell.
What if Elysion knew how to control VAR victims right from the getgo. They just let the Windermereans 'discover' that for themselves to make the whole thing seem more organic "oh no, we totally didn't know this, and aren't arming you for a conflict we want you to have."
there's a fucking apple on that watter bottle
fucking apples everywhere
i cannot believe this shit
I'm here, idiot. I was just trying to find the reason why would he do that. Not a single person here even tried to give a proper explanation. So eventually I just went to /m/ where I could discuss it normally. You can check archives, we had lots of nice theories there and not just "he dropped it because it's all connected, how dare you question anything else?"
THIS FUCKING SCENE There're some anon said that they're look like shoujo couple and I thought that maybe Hayate will teasing her by slapping a cold bottle on her cheek and it fucking happen. Based Kawakawa.
No, seriously, how did it come to this?!
