What are /a/'s thoughts on Oreimo? I remember this anime becoming really popular back in 2011-2012 and then it had another season that came out in 2013 and I saw even more of it around the Internet in 2014 and last year so I decided to watch it this year. I'm starting episode 16 of season 2 right now and honestly I've liked it so far. But what about you guys?

The first season is really gripping and really hooked me in. The second season slowly turns it into a bland harem series and was slightly disappointing overall. The ending was a let down. I liked it but probably won't watch it again - at least not for a long while.

Great source material with a pretty shitty adaption. It's incredible how more than 3 years after the ending there are still people who are mad about the series and the end in particular. Kirino x Kyousuke OTP.

first season was boring as fuck, typical slice of life anime without any romance
on the other hand Season 2 was pretty cool and interesting, ending could have been worse and best girl won. I really liked tthat series honestly

Yes they did and they got together again in the epilogue. Another thing the anime fucked up by cutting a metric Ton of important scenes before and changing some details in the actual scene. Read the pastebin, it answers most basic questions.
