I actually saw the gif in a thread talking about the show, I made sure not to read spoilers but had heard some stuff about it

I took a note to watch the show when I had free time, anytime I heard or read someone talking about it was before the show finished.

I heard the show was just dumb zombie fighting action that becomes a trainwreck later on so I watched it with that in mind and enjoyed it. It was probably the best show of that season. Also to get the inevitable AoT comparisons out of the way, sure the second half had a lot of dumb thing happen, but at least things happened, and that makes it better than most of the second cour of Titan.

The only real things that bugged me were the pointless energy blasts that had no reason to be there and accomplished nothing and why he never bothered to try to rebuild his noose machine to give people a choice other than suicide.

Nah it was fun, easily the best show of last season, just a crazy bloody zombie action show with trains.

I got exactly what was advertised, very well done action scenes to boot.
