Most likely:
Naegi- Anyone can see the Junko AI makes him do it twist coming from a mile away, it would cause him despair knowing he killed everyone by his own hand but it's stupid and predictable.
Animator- Was late for an unspecified reason as far as I remember, his intro was suspicious and the reaction from the chairman when he walked in was strange and the attack happened as soon as he entered the room. According to pic related he's from class 77 as well, you can handwave it as the impostor muddling the records but it still seems off. P4 spoilers: This part is pure projection and not serious speculation but he reminds me a lot of Adachi pre-reveal, the bumbling nice guy you last suspect.
Gekkougahara- The scout with great intuition thinks it's her based on a hunch, she might be on Naegi's side to throw us off, she was in the room when Asahina was murdered, her defense was conveniently hacked, and she's obscuring part of her face and her voice. Even if she isn't the traitor who kills then I expect that she was at least involved in the setup somehow.

Possibly:
Chisa- Was the main teacher of class 77 and appears to harbor the most affection for them, maybe it's just me but she gives off Junko vibes like crazy even though it makes no sense that she would be her. Her death just seems off and I'll be shocked if she isn't related to some later reveal or twist, traitor or not. Almost too suspicious.
Student Council President- Killing his beloved first would be very despair inducing and he's a big symbol of hope so him turning despair would have a big impact on the outside world. The thing that makes me suspect it probably isn't him is that he seemed very agitated about his bracelet rule, I don't think Monokuma would hinder the traitor so much.
Gozu- Might just be putting on an act to divert suspicion, we also can't see his face so that has the potential to be a twist.

-The security guards heads were completely twisted at the neck, this points towards Gozu the most, or at least someone with significant strength.
-It is very likely someone in the room threw the sleeping gas, this exonerates a few people if you believe they were working alone.
-The blood pattern on Naegi's hand is weird as fuck and maybe worth looking into but without trials who knows if it will be significant or not.
-Kirigiri noticed something strange about the door.
-I don't believe in the Gekkougahara is Chiaki theory, but her talking through a computer because she's shy sounds super fishy and I think the real reason is because her voice would give away a twist. Likewise, Gozu always wearing a mask is also super fishy. I expect one of these to be a red herring and one to be a twist later on.

I think the Future Arc being the Animator's project and that's why the blood is red is my favorite dumb theory. There's basically no way it's true or else what's even the point, but it's just the right kind of stupid for DR.

Because of that, most of the teachers hate teaching in the Reserve Course, because they are obsessed with talent and therefor hate being with normal students. Basically imagine Nagito being in charge of the Reserve Course and you get the general idea of how the teachers treat the Reserve Course students. You also have to look at all the benefits the students in the main course have. They have special dorms, they get free food, they go to a separate building than the Reserve Course, they don't need to attend class, and once they graduate they are set for life. You can see why the Reserve Course students protested against the school, especially after seeing the members of the student council get brutally murdered.

Like I said to me the japanese VA did a better job of really getting Hopeman's madness down pat because it's a madness that's closer to obsession with the ultimate HOPE than a madness for the pure sake of madness
I feel that's what the English VA went for, a sort of Joker type character
To me his character is more of a raving lunatic in the corner of a room talking to himself about hope rather than a flamboyantly mad character with tons of energy
But again that's only my interpretation of the character

How would you feel, if, at the end of Despair, in the final scene, it cuts to the Ultimate Despairs on Jabberwock Island after DR2, Hajime is reminiscing and talking to someone off-screen and then the final camera shot is Chiaki being alive? No explanation given.
