I think he mainly talking about the nipples. Unlike Soma Yuragi volumes is uncensored compare to the magazine chapters, I doubt Viz will try to pick up Yuragi for that reason alone.
I believe that Haikyuu have the highest chance of being picked up and they just do what they did with Soma and do a recap to catch everybody up. Maybe one of the new series as well.

Definitely seem better than E-Robot. Judging by the drawing alone alone the premise seem cliche but so does many romcom out there.

I can see this replacing Nisekoi as the series people hate-read where the best girl clearly lose and the tsundere (or this case kuudere) is the clear winner from the first chapter but drag it out 150+ chapters.

Gintama is entering its final arc, but before the fighting can start, Sorachi is going to wrap up all the noncombatants' stories first. That alone is probably a dozen chapters. Then when the plot heats up again, that will likely take a full year to conclude.
