I'm hoping for a double KO. Right now Estarossa could easily solo everyone on the opposing side and Escanor could probably do the same to the demons. The other Sins and TC desperately need their time to shine and that's not going to happen as long as these two overshadow everyone else. Escanor is obviously not going to die but it's debatable whether Estarossa still has some development with Mel and if not then he might as well just die here. Heck he might even be able to join Mel in that purgatory place.

He can't right now due to Estarossa commandment. Not the mention when he tried it against Galan who was a pure physical fighter he still couldn't steal enough to kill him quickly and Galan wasn't even using his ability. I think Ban might be the one to kill Derriere. Get her started on an infinite combo due to his regen and then turn the tables by stealing that built-up strength and using it against her. That way Nakaba could save his sacred treasure power up for the goddess arc, since Ban really doesn't have any other ways to get stronger.

I was thinking that the second season of the anime would end with Mel dying, but seeing how Nakaba seems intent on reviving him very soon and there's all this stuff with Escanor vs Estarossa going on, I think they might actually end it with Mel coming back. Last time they had to rush or omit a bunch of stuff in order to fit 100 chapters into 2 cours so we'll see how that works out for them this time around.

Speaking of mythos, does Gloxinia remind anyone else of Merlin? In some of the stories Merlin is half-fairy,and her father being a fairy king would explain why Merlin has so much raw magic power and doesn't seem to age.
