Well, it's a little complicated, but basically...

Just have one question, was the guy Tokiko's brother turned into in episode 23 supposed to be what he really looked like or was it a younger Nemuro? Was Nemuro immortal or was it in his head? Was Anthy talking to Nemuro in the conference room or was all of that also in his head?

This. I liked seeing the side characters from a different perspective. Made this one of the few anime where I was genuinely interested in what everyone was doing/what was driving them.
