Also, good day to you /yys/.
When's that airing? I have high hopes for Tanoshi: Tennis edition.
/yys/ is dying.
Is Kinema Citrus using the same character designer from yys? It looks remarkably similar.
God, i can hear the whole thing in my head.
No date yet, i heard it's pretty tanoshii indeed so i am looking forward to it
My love for all Yuyus is equally like a truck, berserker.
My love for Yukari is simply more equallier like a truckieriest, berserkerieriesterererererererererer. Er.
>I took the liberty of fixing some bits. Hope you don't mind.
were we tricked?
It's already dead. It's a shadow of its former self.
You can add things to this image
For a second there I thought that was an Yukari underboob
Assuming they stay with KC, it'll probably come out after http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2016-07-01/shakunetsu-no-takkyu-musume-tv-anime-main-staff-visual-unveiled/.103835
This one for you
I finally made it to a thread before it died!
what we really need is a crossover. the kinmozas and yuyushikis would have great chemistry together.
I think Karen's navel is worthy of sharing the screen with the yuyus' navels.
I didn't expect to find Karen all the way here in /yys/ town. How big is your folder? If it's less than 200 images then you should probably commit. No pressure though.
It doesn't exist. It's just one big messy KM folder. It has less than 100 files. Karen looks better with short hair.
>less than 100 files
you heard the man, anon. commit to finding more cute karens!
Yeah, okay. That shit is not okay. That shit needs to stop. What's wrong with you? Why would you want such depravity to happen to my Karen? Did long hair hurt you as a child? This needs to stop. Short kimpatsu hair is not beautiful. It is a travesty. You aren't welcome at my family dinners anymore.
/yys/ is slowly dying. These last few threads are not much more than its death screams.
I got you covered, senpai. I uploaded my entire Karen folder earlier today. You can download the whole thing without even an account. I didn't include my supplementary Karen folder, though, because I haven't incorporated that into the main Karen folder yet. At the moment the Drive has 419 images. I downloaded a few more since then but I haven't added them.
So I have a question I thought would be appropriate to pose in this thread about the studio Kinema Citrus. Could anyone fill me in on what they are about? I watched YYS way back and have recently been watching Barakamon. I am not really a sakugafag, but the shows seem to have a very particular aesthetic when it comes to animation. Kind of flowy, cartoony in a way, but with a high level of craftsmanship. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a driving philosophy behind the animation or if it is rather the work of a few talented key animators working on these productions. Thanks.
It's good that /yys/ actually lasts only for the yuyuesday sometimes. Keeping it on life support for days every week is not exactly the best way to keep threads fresh.
It's a shame about the dinners, but you should direct those complaints to the mangaka.
Saved. Thanks anons, now I can be a Karen lover too.
23 isn't a very large number for all the factors we need to consider.
I mean, they'd have to own the game, want to play said game AND still be present in the thread.
She isn't actually a lesbian. She just wants attention. I'll teach her to want my dick instead. Because I am a wholesome person.
Nah man, she's pretty fucking gay.
Anime girls are pure and wholesome and would never do such degenerate things.
If you actually think that about Yuzu you clearly don't know Yuzu.
in all fairness, most women would turn gay if a yui was on top of them
You just can't bring yourself to look past the surface and into her deep and complicated heart you queer.
Agiri was practicing her vanishing ninpo but decided that it would be more impressive to take the place of Yukari.
Come to think of it, how does Agiri do her hair when it goes all the way past her hips?
>tfw you missed last week and couldn't save it
I didn't even get to see last week's. I checked on Wednesday and it wasn't there. Did anybody here actually post in that thread? Share your secrets. What important deliberations did we come to?
I was thinking about getting 100% OJ during SSS. I think I put Phantom Breakers over it instead. Is it fun to play with people?
I caught it but I hardly post so I don't know if posted in it. Only got maybe 50 posts I think? Don't remember all that well and I'm way too lazy to find it in an archive.
Yeah. You can even start online lobbies and play against CPUs until people join. Then they can join in as soon as they connect, so you can just gradually assemble a full lobby. It's pretty chill.
I made a lobby a while back with the name "Ignore the race war, play OJ". That made for some interesting conversations.
Clearly the problem was that I was not there. You poor creatures had nothing to talk about.
I'm going to take a quick shower and then set up an Orange Juice lobby.
Just saying so in advance so whoever's interested can get ready.
About this quick.
Fumi can handle banter.
Why do you save her pictures if you apparently hate her so much? Are you a tsun?
It's been months since I've been on /yys/. Heard the news about the OVA. Any release dates or other info on it?
As usual, don't even try to sexualize the yuyus.
Fumi loves tsun. She can see right through you.
What's that? I couldn't hear you over all this sexualizing I'm doing.
I aim to stimulate both body and mind.
You Yuyus currently watching anything else?
I just finished Sakurasou and I
tfw Mashiro VA also voices Ai-chan
I know I'm so happy for her
she also was Mayaka in Hyouka
KinMosa getting BD Boxset
the only thing yys had over them
You tsun-ass motherfucker. I will end you.
Okay, but don't let the thread end on this. The thread isn't allowed to die immediately after I make such a socially questionable statement. That's not fair. I'm the referee of this thread and I declare that the play is no good.
This thread will end along with your life, it's the fate you chose.
You don't have a choice. The path has already been decided and there's no going back.
Kore wa zombie desu ka?
She's not a zombie, she's a soon to be cured half-zombie.
Holy shit, what is the fucking appeal of this "LOL SO RANDUM XDD" bitch?
What the fuck?
Yu: Yui-chan's smell is so good.
Yu: It is.
Yu: This pillow for example!
Yu: Stop that!
Yu: This cushion for example!
Yu: Y-you only said that on an impulse, right?
Yu: I put my butt on that...
Yu: Eh? R-right, an impulse.
Really, though: What kind of LOOOOSER goes on 2chan? F-Fucking weeaboos...
If you're reading this, know that everything begins and ends with evitagen.
It stopped being funny
Inversion is not for jokes you philistine.
Hoh! Hooo, say no more, say no more. You're fixing to concoct a filament, eh? You want to wrap her conductive wires all over your mammoth lightning rod, is that it? I'm down. I'm downright grounded over here.
Real talk though: Magnetism can suck a fucking dick. I can't stand that shit. Nuke the poles, polarity war now.
No. I was just having bad memories of AP Physics.
"Hurp de dur if there's a wire and the electricity's going up and there's another wire and the electricity's going down and they're both shot in a canon over Antarctica then how many magnets can you throw at it before it's too hard to hit an anvil with a hammer??? Give your answer in terms of abcdefg^2."
Mikami-sensei's Twitter. There's some posts on there about their HTC Vive experience.
Maybe you're just a brainlet.
But seriously you can't get to the beautiful part of physics without first cranking out numbers like an engineer, so just deal with it.
I don't want to get to the beautiful part of physics. I'm a linguist, not a numberphile. If you have a problem with that, then I'll arrange an elastic collision with your face. Consequences will never be the same.
Higher level physics/math doesn't rely on numbers? How so? Moreover: How could I be expected to know that? All we ever see of "high-level physics" are pictures of blackboards filled with equations.
2D girls don't have periods. Even if we accept they did, small price to pay.
Also why is there always so much math talk in these threads? it makes me feel dumb.
Don't be silly. Nobody here is actually good at math. They're just making up fake equations so that everybody thinks they're smart.
Algebraic equations almost always have the variables represent numeric quantities. Using variables takes way more math expertise. Besides: Using algebra is elementary. It isn't "high-level" at all.
It died the week before that, too. It's probably the Jews.
Engineer anons, when can math make us into Yuyus?
Equality can be defined for more than numbers. Equality between Hilbert space vectors in QM, equality between groups, sets, fields, vector spaces, etc. can all be defined (up to isomorphism). The A and B in my previous post do not have to be exclusively numbers.
Physics uses this fact a lot more than you think.
You're misunderstood me from square one. It isn't rocket science to imagine that the word "numberphile" can refer to algebra as well. Algebra is also not some mysterious thing that only the highly educated are aware of. Yeesh.
>It isn't rocket science to imagine that the word "numberphile" can refer to algebra as well
Except that I'm not talking exclusively about algebra either.
You simply don't understand the precise definition of what a number is, and that's fine but that's simply not my misunderstanding. I should've expected this from the beginning desu.
"Numberphile" is literally a portmanteau for "number" and "phile", the Greek suffix for "affiliate". If you're going to shift goal posts and bend the word's meaning however you like I don't see how we're going to be able to have a meaningful discussion.
And I suggest you look up the distinction between what you think "algebra" is and what "algebra" means to professional mathematicians. Hint: it's not just about manipulating numbers.
I think what he means is that after a certain point in math and (theoretical) physics you stop thinking about concrete numbers and start thinking only in terms of relations and propositions, which is why the being a "numberphile" might not have much to do with it. Unless you want to study number theory or go into applied physics.
You're one to talk about meaningful discussions. Every distinction that you've made to justify your original post has been completely without substance. It's common sense that people who are into higher math have an affinity for numbers. Juggling relations is little different from juggling numbers. You're acting as though I made some sort of mistake by implying that mathematics and numbers go hand in hand. You don't have an argument. You're trying to find fault with the use of a single word when you can't possibly posit a better one to begin with. You say that I've been moving the goal posts, but in reality I've just been trying to give you a platform to work with after you came at me with a meaningless jab. This "discussion" shouldn't be happening to begin with. It's based entirely in your error and ego.
How can you make a sound argument if you've never studied it? Why does your opinion on what mathematics is or isn't matters at all if you don't even have a first hand experience with it? This is so embarrassing.
>It's common sense that people who are into higher math have an affinity for numbers
Common senses are often wrong.
>Juggling relations is little different from juggling numbers
False, and any mathematics major will tell you this.
>You're acting as though I made some sort of mistake by implying that mathematics and numbers go hand in hand
>You're trying to find fault with the use of a single word when you can't possibly posit a better one to begin with
I did tell you to google what "algebra" meant, even though I wasn't the one bringing it up.
>You say that I've been moving the goal posts, but in reality I've just been trying to give you a platform to work with after you came at me with a meaningless jab
You definitely did when you say "number" also means "algebra". I don't see how you can wiggle yourself out of this without resorting to irrational ravings.
>It's based entirely in your error and ego.
No, it's based entirely on your insecurity and pretentiousness. Insecurity about the possibility of you being wrong and the pretentiousness of thinking that you know what mathematics is about without going through it.
It's quite frankly pathetic.
Mathematics major here. He's right, higher math has very little juggling of numbers. It's more like a very boring and autistic philosophical discussion about a bunch of abstract concepts. On the occasion that we do talk about numbers (which is much less often than what you would assume, most of the time we talk about structures more complex and more abstract than numbers) it's never to juggle them around. I definitely wouldn't refer to me or most of my teachers and colleagues as numberphiles. In fact people constantly assuming I'm good with numbers because of my math major is quite a drag.
>Posit a better word than the one I used
Algebra, in the strictest mathematical sense, is the study of discrete algebraic objects such as monoids, groups, rings, fields, etc, depending on the extra structure you give to sets (e.g. groups are sets with a closed bivariate map, identity and inverses). These elements can be "manipulated like numbers" but have certain restrictions, e.g. elements of a group do not have commutativity and those of a monoid do not have inverses. It is only within a field that you can do all the operations that you're more accustomed with. This is the difference between your "algebra" (i.e. high school algebra) and my "algebra" (i.e. mathematical algebra).
>tell me why it's wrong to use "numberphile" to refer to math majors
There are countably infinite subfields in mathematics that do not deal with algebra directly, such as topology, differential geometry, category theory, analysis, etc. Statements in these subfields are not proven with algebraic techniques.
Math majors are attracted to spotting relations and the rigorousity of the discipline, not just "numbers" as you so naively think.
I'll just say right now that I'm a mathematical physics grad student studying TQFT so you literally have no leg to stand on.
The word that I used wasn't "algebra" it was "numberphile". I asked you to provide a working substitute to the word that you objected to. If you can't do that, then there wasn't any point in responding to begin with.
The definition of mathematics is even "the abstract science of number, quantity, and space." Objecting to my statement by arguing that "numberphile" doesn't pertain to the few other descriptors in its definition is inherently nonsensical. You'll never find a definition for mathematics that does not mention numbers. Hence that referring to people with an affinity for math as "numberphiles" is entirely acceptable, especially considering that everybody with an education in mathematics started with numbers. You're jaded by your own expertise and can't see an inch in front of your face.
>The definition of mathematics is even "the abstract science of number, quantity, and space."
>using a dictionary for a technical term
You're new to this aren't you? You think the people who made the dictionary have studied mathematics? I'm done being courteous.
>The word that I used wasn't "algebra" it was "numberphile".
Good job shifting the goalpost again you fucking retard.
>I asked you to provide a working substitute to the word that you objected to. If you can't do that, then there wasn't any point in responding to begin with.
How about "mathematician"? Damn moron.
>You'll never find a definition for mathematics that does not mention numbers.
Read it, dumbass. Though I highly doubt you're even able to read.
> Hence that referring to people with an affinity for math as "numberphiles" is entirely acceptable,
Starting with a false assumption will lead you to a false conclusion, fucking idiot. Perfect fucking example right here. At least your complete mental ineptitude could serve as a cautionary tale to anyone reading this set of exchange.
>especially considering that everybody with an education in mathematics started with numbers.
>actually this retarded
Physicists are basically engineers right? Holy shit you cannot be this fucking stupid.
>You're jaded by your own expertise and can't see an inch in front of your face.
I'm jaded that people like you who makes claims in a field he has no fucking ideas about exist. I'm jaded that it's entirely possible that you're just a very dedicated troll fishing for insults and (You)s. I'm jaded that you, at first seem like a level headed person, turn out to be a complete and utter moron riddled with Dunning-Kruger.
This is your last reply. Enjoy you mediocre life.
Are people arguing here or is it just another intelligent conversation that's too advanced for me to comprehend?
The conversation seems to be on the dumber side of the intelligence spectrum so probably the former.
The meaning of words is not established through mathematics. Why would one need an expertise in math in order to formulate the proper way to communicate an idea? It's like saying that a person who is painting a building needs to be an accomplished architect in order to do so and that experience in art would be useless. That said: I'm not going to use that short story as a substitute for the dictionary.
The word that you objected to was "numberphile" and I have demonstrated that it was used properly. You can employ all the ad hominem in the world, but it won't save you from the facts. The second half of your post just consists of arbitrary gripes followed directly by insults. You don't have a platform at all. You're evacuating the argument because you've become catastrophically deranged and have no hope of establishing an argument that can save you. Go ahead and refrain from responding. Just know that this is the way that every internet argument ends.
>it's another "let's flood the thread with arguments about shit that doesn't matter" episode
Posting Yuzu is guaranteed to increase fun levels by at least 15%.
I'm posting Yui and you can't stop me.
That's fine if you're willing to settle for a 10% fun increase at best.
Oh lawdy. Is that a rare non-uniform Yuzu? Perhaps you could call it non-Yuzuform.
Can we settle on a 10% fun increase with 10% interest?
Yui looks like an entirely different person when her hair isn't spiky and in tassels. Unlike Yuzuko.
It's difficult to say without any similar images to compare it to.
It actually did make the thread more fun, thanks.
>Mikami-sensei's Twitter. There's some posts on there about their HTC Vive experience.
VR Yuyus. The future is here!
I can post as many as you need until you can make an accurate guess.
The increase seems sizable from the two images you've provided, but the sample pool could bear to be larger.
I've got a really big pool of samples brewing up for you.
I'll try, but we might have to get a bit more creative.
Nigga, I don't play by them rules.
Say that to my face mother fucker not online see what happens.
Good things can happen in this world!
When the moment comes, you realize you were not prepared
for the tears of joy that will spill down your cheeks.
and you say god damnit anon was right. Good things can really happen.
All yuyus are lovely but Yui is the loveliest
All kinmozas are lovely but Alice is lovelier than Karen
I can't wait for both releases
Let's stop this. Yuyus are for making love, not war. Make love with me.
Yuyus are created in order to be of service to their commanders. They know no greater joy than to explode on the battlefield.
Can yuzu move at supersonic speed?
Yes. She has the power to enter a fighter jet if she pays lots of money to do so. Then she travels at supersonic speed for a while.
Truly, there is nothing more beautiful and terrifying than witnessing a Yuyu unleashing its full combat potential.
Yuyus have the answer to gun violence.
Much appreciated. I'll be taking these down to the lab immediately. I can't say much without having first analyzed them, but the images are looking promising.
Yukari is the yuyu most likely to commit murder.
Yeah you're right. Nobody could be that evil. Not even Hitler could kill a close friend and feel nothing.
No way. Yui is too prideful of her profiteering ways to do something like that. She thinks that there's nothing wrong with aggressively pursuing profit, so she wouldn't be willing to establish herself as an immoral person. She wants to push the narrative that it's okay to be greedy, so if she's greedy and terrible then it goes against her way of life.
Yeah. Hitler couldn't hurt a fly.
Are you saying Yui would never sell her soul to the devil?
How much percentage would go to Yuzuko's children? Given the fact Yuzuko is DEAD.
Whoa whoa. Selling your soul to the devil isn't the same as murdering someone. Yui wouldn't murder Yuzuko. But if she had the opportunity to literally sell her soul, with some concrete betterment to her dynasty as a result, that would last well after her death, then she would.
It's part of the contract, she must make a sacrifice. Get to keep one Yuyu, and the other must go.
We all know who stays.
She was born in a prestigious family though. If Yui was ever to become rich, she would choose to hang with Yukari and model status Aikawa. Yuzu is a pleb who you'll find at your local hole-in-the-wall bar. Fumi will become a proper middle class OL who occasionally drinks with Yuzu, and has a part-time degenerate Kei as her lover.
Yuzu-chan is the big loser in literally every contest.
>Yuzu a drunkard
You are fundamentally backwards AS A PERSON. Fumi can hardly even speak. You think that she'll suddenly develop initiative when it comes to finding a job? She's damaged goods. Nigger I will fight you. Yuzu a math prodigy, Yuzu a success. Facts have been said.
Wrong!! Fool, let me point out to you, that although Fumi is much like Yuzu in the sense they are undercover geniuses and they both love to lollygag, what exactly parts Fumi from Yuzu is that she has her priorities straight without the need of approbation and is not bound to become an aimless underachiever. This is what makes her passive and nonchalant, while Yuzu acts a clown and a chaotic ball of energy always having to fill in the dead air she fears. The fall of Yuzu happens after they graduate and start life, where Yuzuko emotionally disturbed by being alone, her ultimate fear while Fumi is comfortable with solitude.
Yuzu is a mess. A big fat mistake.
She's so weak, it's laughable.
You're my favorite too, /yys/. All of you.
Excuse me YUZU-CHAN,
Can't YOU SEE we're in the middle of A FIGHT??
I'll have to punish you by kissing you really hard!
tfw finally remembered my login info for exhentai and can now see all the /yys/ lewds and doujins
pic is literally me
Why do people bother to use exhentai? Providing login info to a porn site is like kissing a whore's clunge. It's not a dignified thing, you'll be humiliated if anybody knows that you did it, and you have a 50% chance of contracting a disease.
Don't worry I won't leave you
I feel a sudden craving for natto. I wonder if I can find that where I live?
Evitagen WILL be the final thing. You can't stop me.
Think of the bright side, failure is the negative of success.
But in \syy\ I don't want bright. I want dark. Bright would be like dark is here.
>It's part of the contract, she must make a sacrifice. Get to keep one Yuyu, and the other must go.
1) Devil asks which Yuyu to keep, and which Yuyu to sacrifice.
2) Pick a Yuyu
Devil actually takes the Yuyu that you chose to keep
>What does a data processing club do anyways?

I've witnessed Mexicans buy packs a my local nipstore. Made no sense to me.
Has a lot of K2 vitamin, super good for you. I don't mind it, but I can't stand Japanese mayo which everyone seems to love so there's that.
>Select all images with a store front.
Not even kidding: Lots of Mexican people will call you racist for thinking that they're Mexican. Even when they're speaking Spanish. Sometimes they get offended even when you just imply that a person can look Mexican. Even when it isn't them.
I grew up with Mexicans half my life and have many Mexican friends. I'm pretty confident in recognizing them by nuances. This whole racism thing lately I can't seriously. Everyone will call everything racist.
I was once talking to someone named Andres. We were in our high school gym class, during the basketball unit. There was this one weird kid that nobody knew, but looked a bit Hispanic and a bit autistic. Andres, equally Hispanic, walked up to me and asked "Where's the Mexican?" I slowly raised my hand up with my finger pointing directly forward. He nervously said "That's racist."
Then a month or so ago I was watching a video where this black girl is just screaming at this white guy "You're a Mexican! You're a fucking Mexican!". So, naturally, I'm in the comments like "But he doesn't even look Mexican." Boom. It was like setting off a powder keg. There were around 50 replies echoing the sentiment that I was a dumb racist Trump supporter.
Due to these experiences, I think that Hispanic people are VERY touchy about being called Mexican.
Most of my local Mexicans are pretty chill and don't really care too much about that kind of stuff. Except something about Salvadorians, that's the only thing I hear they mention with a bit of sensitivity.
I know they eat beans and rice, but I found it truly bizarre imagining they would try natto 'just like one of my Japanese animes.'
I have a Mexican friend, who I only talk though online now, that loves OSU! for some strong reason and tells me how there's a lot of hispanic players there. He just told me me most hispanics don't get mad for being called Mexican, but then again you'll run into that one person who has "Pride".
My mother is a Mexican national, and I've been to Mexico to meet with my family on a few occasions, and I really don't think it's the case.
Mexicans are really proud of their country and culture. I don't think they would be angry if you asked that.
they'd probably be more like "Yeah, i'm Mexican and I'm proud of it. You have a problem?"
I really don't think so. Remember that the people in YT comments are just a bunch of dumb leftists that love to race-bait.
Mexicans are generally really proud of being Mexican.
