the Berserk endgame clearly is killing Femto who is a reality warping chaos god I'd bet on Guts. Remember: For all the flashy fighting and whatever-the-fuck dream sequences in the end, Claymores are basically genetic experiments bound to laws of "physics" in their universe. Guts fights foes that break these laws in his universe.

Basically, taking both in the early stages of their characters, Claire wins. After respective developments in their plots, Guts wins even against her boss form(s).
