No prob, just like spreading the word about such an obscure and in my opinion, great manga that really deserves more recognition.
Shame the chances of it getting an English publication is not a whole lot, as the artist said that it didn't too well in Japan and he feels it's because of his inadequacy.

I'm almost sure that the web translation was an official one. I remember reading it directly on Ikki's site or something like that.
