Music was on point, it made everything very mysterious. The UFO adaptation is too grand and overarching, it just sounds flat.

Yes, Saber's character in general were quite well done. The only big problem other than visuals is how they tried to mix in UBW and HF shit, the Caster arc is by far the worst part of the anime.

"Style over substance" describes pretty much everything about Ufotable perfectly.

I think the DEEN anime is actually a fairly decent adaptation. It pales in comparison to the VN and that's probably why it's hated so much but I think it's a better introduction to the series than UBW.
