This is the only thing that could have a really negative affect on JJL for me right now. Even if it goes downhill and becomes kind of boring, I'll still think highly of it for how good it has been so far, but I'll be really pissed if this is forgotten. I don't think it will be though, I feel like Araki has been good for remembering things with JJL. I'm sure he'll be revealed around the time that that symbol's meaning is revealed, and I know he hasn't forgotten about that because it was on Kira's body in recent chapters.

I think that's what's bugging me. The song just doesn't feel interesting enough for a Jojo song. All the other ops had something that made you remember them but this one just feels the same all the way through. Sure you fags can argue it's just another shonen and that complaints about the song being too "anime" are stupid, but Jojo has always been very stylistic and generic music doesn't really suit it. Just my 2 cents anyway.

I think Part 1 and 2 were on par with the manga, even maybe a bit better because of the visuals and good voice acting, but 3, and now especially 4, don't feel like they're matching the tone very well.

I definitely think that the manga is better than the anime so far, but the anime is still great nonetheless, and I'm enjoying it a lot. I never expected it to be better than the mnaga to begin it anyway, the only part that I feel may end up having a better anime than manga, aside from 1 and 2 seeing as I do think the anime adaptations are better already, is Vento Aureo. Seeing as its main appeal is the fantastic fights, I think it will benefit the most from animation.

While it's very race-heavy during the very first section of the run and the other ends of sections, after that it switches mainly to fights. It surprised me how little focus there actually was of the horses on-panel, if they used a lot of closeups that focused on the riders (which the manga did a lot of) then it'd make life a lot easier for them.

Not to mention that most of the horses drop out after the first couple of parts, so they wouldn't have to animate huge hordes of them.

It's hard to imagine that the main villain of a series with a big focus on fist fights is shit in a fist fight, but Kira's strength is in setting traps. Killer Queen excels at one shot kills and preparing shit, rather than going right into the fight, Kira unfortunately came up against enemies whose Stands excel at close combat. But at the same time, when pushed into a confrontation, Killer Queen is above the average in terms of speed and strength, and one touch can kill you completely, so even if he is not the greatest combatant, he has all the tools to make up for his lack of fighting skill.

Kira's main flaw was his psychotic tendencies, and if he had been able to keep himself in control longer, he probably wouldn't have been caught by Hayato

The issue isn't just the horses, the art quality of part 7 is MONSTROUSLY huge, and would require a lot of focus to be put on individual episodes. Personally I think it would be great if after part 6 is animated, they resort to releasing Steel Ball Run as multiple, really detailed OVAs
