Accept that there are a lot of things about Lilith that are unlikable. Trinity Seven is not a series where anything deep is going to happen. If I remember correctly, a bunch of girls trapped in a room and needing to pee was an entire episode.

So what matters in the characters is what they add to the situation. Like someone else pointed out, Lilith doesn't actually add anything. She just prevents things from happening. Not in a tsukkomi way or in some entertaining fashion, but with obnoxious and illogical interjections.

I admit to being an enormous fan of Levi, I think she is one of the best girls to be in a bad harem series. But I find most of the other girls to be very good and add value to the show. I don't feel that Lilith does. I also think that her character was dropped after episode 1 or 2 and she became very frivolous.

Lllith really shone during the Anna arc, before that, not much. That being said, you could say the same regarding all girls in T7. Whenever they don't have the focus, they really take a step back and allow the girl with the focus to shine.

What I like about T7 is precisely this, and the fact that no matter how powerful Arata keeps getting, the girls don't stop becoming powerful and never stop being useful. In the Anna arc, Arata actually wasn't that useful and it were the girls who did most the work - though it was him who ultimately managed to save Anna.
