How do you organize your anime?

Pretty much like OP. I will have to clean it up soon though, it's annoying having [x - Subs 720p] fucking up my alphabetical order. Also have some series in a shitty quality that'll need replaced, Idk why when I probably won't even rewatch some of them.

Like that and I use filebot to rename the files "AnimeName SxxExx" so it works through Plex.
