My interpretation of it was that it wasn't 'every Diavolo in every timeline dies somehow', but that Diavolo as we know him just constantly dies and respawns in various wacky ways.

It's sort of weird how it works, some of it seems completely believable (drowning in the river, getting hit by a car) and other parts seem completely bizarre (being dissected alive in a morgue by a nurse who didn't even seem to recognize he was alive and talking to her).

I'm a bit letdown by the Korean QUALITY every now and then, but otherwise I think it's great. The art style takes some getting used to, but the colors, transitions and mood is really good. As for it being 39 episodes, only time will tell if it ends up feeling rushed. However, that hasn't really been the case at all so far, and SC also didn't need to drag on for as long as it did.

Pacing wise SC was fine, the issue is that some of the early fights aren't very good so it's perceived as "dragged on" even though it isn't any different in the manga.

Some of the DiU episodes have been light speed, glossing over or outright skipping scenes left and right.

I would probably prefer too slow than too fast though. At least that way I can wait until the show is done airing and then marathon it, largely eliminating it being too slow since I can watch at my own pace. If it's too fast and ruins stuff, there's no fixing it.

You see, Father. About a half a year ago i got to the point where i wondered why people talk about Jojolion but almost never mention Joushuu. Surely he isn´t the strongest, smartest or most pretty but he is a good human being who love his family and would sacrifice himself for his friend. Joushuu is my favourite character since his design change. But people didn´t feel like me, they didn´t like Joushuu , they didn´t discuss Joushuu. So i started talking about what i thought at that time is going to be truth in a near future. That is that Joushuu is coming back to house, beat Damo and save Norisuke. Because Joushuu really like his father. That´s one thing i like about him the most. And yet people didn´t listen. So i started posting this theory more and more, in almost every thread. Eventually some people caught up. They acknowledged possibility that Joushuu might save the day. That was enough for me. That was good, finally my favourite character got some sunshine spot. But when i came back 2 weeks later people started shitposting with Joushuu. Making stupid Chuck Norris jokes about him. That´s not what i wanted. I truly believe Joushuu is a great character yet these people were being ironical. So i had to adapt to that. I still posted my usual post of why Joushuu might be a great character. But now people called me a "dumb Joushuuposter". Isn´t that mean ? I just like Joushuu, i had nothing to do with shitposting. Lately father, i even found myself doing posts about Joushuu that i would never post before. I can´t stop it anymore Father. Am i a bad person for liking just liking my favourite character.
