Event is at the Ryōgoku Kokugikan (same as the last big event) and the guests are all the movie actors.

But the date is weird, almost a year after the BD release. At the movie event, it seemed like if some sort of announcement would be made (Shimazaki asking fans to make the hashtag trend) and then nothing happened. Maybe the event was originally planned to happen this year but something delayed it.
I also noticed that they changed the name of the video. It was called
>「映画 ハイスピード！－Free! Starting Days－」Blu-ray&DVD CM 第2弾
but now it says
>「映画 ハイスピード！－Free! Starting Days－」スペシャルイベント開催告知CM
so maybe they fucked up and uploaded the announcement instead of the second CM, then just rolled with it?
