It's likely either the original class-change/race-change item switching from just being an item to "use" to one that has text that needs to be "read and understood" in order to shift OR one of the formerly static book decorations in the Nazarick library coming to life with full pages of text relating to the subject at hand.

In most games, class-change/race-change books are just used like a potion, and only have a short description of what their contents are but you never read them. Now in the NW, they gained actual pages full of text.

Same goes for books that were just once decorative pieces. All those books in Nazarick became filled with text upon entering the NW. Demiurge is into eugenics so he probably would support Rubedo (the strongest entity in Nazarick) to produce the strongest heir. He doesn't seem to like Shalltear and Albedo that much.
Cocytus would be anyone, but since he wants to train Ainz's heir to be a warrior, maybe he would support Albedo in the hopes that Ainz's heir inherit her warrior genes.
Mare would probably support Aura or himself.
Sebas would be fine with anyone but he probably would support the good natured ones like Pestonya and Yuri.

ST is down to only one character with sufficient Godkin blood and is full human, which is Kid Captain.

Zesshi may be Godkin, but she's half-elf, which is one of those races they hate for the most part. Though while they could theoretically breed the elf blood out enough while retaining the Godkin abilities through controlled Eugenics, Zesshi refuses to fuck anyone weaker than her, leaving them with no viable candidates. Of course, this is assuming the Godkin blood came from one of the 6G rather than some mystery player amongst the elves in the past (remember we have 3 unknown periods where players should have appeared in the region, but none mentioned).
