It's just learning how to see things differently and in the right capacity to draw them. In short, even if you somehow manage to draw manga half decently, you will be so lacking in other essential areas that you'll back to go back and cover those anyway.

Sure you can find some better deals, but generally Mandarake is on the cheaper side. Akiba is particularly bad because of how touristy it is now, it's cool for the quantity of stores and figures, but if you are actually going to do some serious shopping I would recommend Nakano Broadway or Nipponbashi which has bigger stores than Akiba (unfortunately just as crowded though)
