There are so many reasons:

Okada is a hack. She can tell only the same story with the same themes every time.
Okada is outright terrible at writing. The quality of her originals are dismal.
Betting on her with originals will only result in M3 and Kiznaiver tier sales.
She's hated by pretty much everybody, especially now that she ruined Gundam.
Her best was Kiznaiver, and it was total shit. No reason for anyone sane to want to hire her.
She's ugly as shit.
