Why do people often complain about powerful student councils in anime yet in Klk where they are are allowed to KILL the students and wage war on the Kansai region nobody complains? Is it how hypocrite fanboys are?
>>142851123
Kill La Kill is satire, so of course it's alright.
>>142851123
You again? How many times are you going to ask that again, and how many times more are you going to ignore the answers telling you that the council killed nobody?
>>142851190
>the council killed nobody
>>142851123
It's a joke buddy.
>>142851123
The show went out of its way to exaggerate every trope that it used. Satire tends to do that.
>>142851376
Pretty sure that was the only student to die the entire series too.
>>142851148
>>142851662
Kill la Kill isn't satire.
>>142851662
>muh satire
doesn't excuse it for being shit
>>142851148
>>142851662
Parody isn't satire you stupid fucks.
Because Kiryuin Satsuki is the waifu we need
>powerful student council
>can't tame a lonely delinquent
>>142851123
's a prank bro
>>142851376
It's just ketchup bro. He's alright. Just faking. Only 9mm.
>>142851376
How do they justify this?
>>142852880
He was an enemy spy. Not technically a student there.
>>142852880
He committed a crime and was punished accordingly in the name of our lord and savior Satsuki. I don't see the problem here.
Kill la kill is so over the top with everything that it doesn't really stand out.

I don't like using this sentence, but you just didn't get it.
>>142851777
She's the best.
>>142851123
Kill La Kill is shit so nobody cares.
>>142853396
>147
What?
>>142853396
>It was so good it was bad
Sick
>>142851123
Because usually those settings have overly powerful student councils with the backdrop of semi-normal worlds. When you get to KLK levels of distopia their authority seems more reasonable from a narrative perspective.

Lady Satsuki is a goddess, though. No mere student council president.
>>142851123
Considering the true purpose of Honnoji was a military academy to train students to use Goku uniforms in order to oppose Ragyo, it makes perfect sense in context. Unfortunately for Satsuki, she got rekt horribly.
>>142851376
>implying you would't do the same to someone who abused their position at your academy to steal one of your super weapons and immediately tried to kill one of your best soldiers and friends with it
>>142851123
Because Satsuki-sama surpasses easily any other student council president.
Shinzo Abe is a great fan of Satsuki and would gladly allow her to genocide all Kansai people
>>142851662
Pretty much this. A lot of things in the series are so exaggerated that you shouldn't take everything seriously.
>>142851376
They showed him as alive in the end. Kill la Kill never killed anybody. If you want student councils that murder people, look no further than Tenjo Tenge.
