BD novellas and few bits in the novels mention that heteromorphs had "bonuses" of undefined kind in 3 of the 9 "Home" worlds of Yggdrasil and NOG/AOG were also famous on not sticking to those said "home" bonuses and ventured out for their shit.

Hunting heteromorphs and vice versa was needed for the players to attain certain classes or professions but since heteromorphs always were in the minority you'd get ganked far more vs the average humanoid player during your playing career.

Well, everyone was technically flagged for PvP all the time.
The thing with heteromorphs was that they could not enter most cities without being attacked and you could unlock a new class from killing enough of them.

Basically the only "safe" place for them was the heteromorph world, but not all heteromorphs belong to same faction either.

What's the solution in this scenario?
You marry into one of the families that the king is not going to get rid of so that when your nation gets engulfed by the foreign power, your family still gets to keep their lands.

He's not going to get a meeting with her family and thus, their approval.
He is not going to get the approval of the bride, which in many cases is just secondary, but since Albedo is the highest ranking member of her "family", then it will not even get to the petition stage.
Even if he did somehow manage to slip the petition past Albedo without her approval, it still would not get the approval of her liege lord without consulting her.
