Kiznaiver writing is perfect so far. Mayoiga is just Okada adapting the story that director wrote, and in abysmall rushed pace recent episodes too.

Mayoiga is pure trainwreck - but Okada only can get praise for improving the cast and making some of them really interesting, meanwhile she did not write the story and tweests.

Kiznaiver in opposite is entirely her work, where she wrote the story from scrap (also with Triggers input in what they wanted to get, since originally she wanted to write it more action show).

Okada written shows so far are pretty great - AnoHana, HanasakuIroha, NagiAsu, Wixoss, the recent mute girl movie, Kiznaiver. Even M3 has her magic, though objectively being her worst original show.
