in my opinion, the best subs are by dragonteam. There's a lot of filler. You can choose to watch some of it, but the first arc is just the Battle of the Gods movie, second arc is Resurrection F movie. The next major is a tournament arc. There hasn't been any other major story arcs yet, just a lot of universe building. The animation has been bad in 75% of the episodes. A few are normal.

I personally got irritated by the 10-12 episodes, so I just skipped to 25 26 or 27? This is out of movie adaptation territory. So watch it and see how you feel.
