As for the rest, I wouldn't count too heavily on any of the fodder, or dead spriggans coming back to life. Mashima generally refuses to write flat out resurrections, especially for character for whom there is a corpse. Didn't actually die? Sure. Mortally wounded, but healed at the least second? Sure. Time rolled backwards as they lay dying. Sure. They were actually sucked into a parallel universe, yeah he'll do it. Their corpse was animated via necromancy? Yep. Genuinely resurrecting the dead? The closest we've got to that is Natsu's resurrection in Zeref's flashback.
