Depends on how much time as passed between her death and her revival.

Revivals almost instantly after death just cause momentary memory loss on top of skill level/XP loss, and are not cheap since in the NW, revivals normally require a long preparation time, and run a risk of reincarnating a monster instead (either a hybrid soul or just a monster soul in the body of the one being revived).

Well, I'd say it's because of the following things.
1. Noble families rarely risk all of their heirs in battlefield
2. Nobody is in a state to start a rebellion
3. Feudalism is a pretty Laissez-Faire system, which means that as long as there is a lord in the fiefdom, then it is fine even if King goes out to have a loud wank because they were handling all the management independently anyhow.
4. They are not at an immediate threat of war.
