And yeah. I knew how to play long before I ever saw K-On. It did, however, pull me out of a musical rut that I was in. Learned all of the songs on piano, bass and guitar.

I was playing the guitar before I watched this show, but when I watched this and Beck it just inspired me even more
I think Sakamichi no apollon is the only anime that inspired me to learn a new instrument

I was playing bass in a band with my Bros before watching k-on! But it was the fact that I liked playing in a band so much the reason why I started watching keion

Picked up a violin because this one. I was surprised at how easily it came to me. Cruised through my first two song books so problem with decent intonation. I dislike it because I can't just pick it up and fiddle around while I shitpost like I can with a guitar.
